Return and Replacement Policy

Return Policy:

We will not accept returns if the customer dislikes the fabric, color, size, and design. We suggest that customers read the description carefully before ordering.

Returns will not be accepted due to the following reasons:

• Return will not be accepted if the customer does not like the color and size of the product (Although we try our best to ensure the exact colors and size as shown).

• Return will not be accepted if the product is washed and worn.

• Return will not be accepted if the customer does not like the design on the t-shirts.

Replacement Policy:

We do not offer free shipping for exchanged products. The original product must be returned at the customer's expense. If the customer pays the shipping charges for the exchange, we can arrange for reverse pickup or resend the new order. The customer must pay 100 Rupees per piece for shipping charges.

Returns are accepted only if there is a MANUFACTURING DEFECT. The customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery and the item must be dispatched back to us within 4 days after delivery. After we receive the returned item, you will receive an email confirmation. We will then dispatch a replacement.

Our return policy is valid for 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be in the original packaging.

Our refund policy is valid for 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

• Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your Original mode, depending on your Mode of payment.

• We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Shipping Policy:

• After order confirmation, it takes approximately 48 hours to ship your product and it will arrive at your doorstep within 4-8 business days.
